Employer Branding Awards – The Contest that values ​​companies that put people at the center

Important prize for Southenergy SRL, a company based in Puglia that has been active in the renewable energy sector for 17 years, awarded by Double Bridge in the 2nd Edition of the “Employer Branding Awards“, the largest event in Italy dedicated to People Management.

Employer Branding Awards is the contest created by Double Bridge, that gives voice to companies that put people at the center: “We know that the business world today is subjected to great socio-cultural challenges, but we are also certain that the panorama of Italian companies is very rich in best practices in terms of People Management“. The contest is open to all companies that develop projects within them related to three social themes that are particularly dear to Double Bridge:

  • How to recognize, attract and retain young talent in the company
  • How to guarantee Work-Life Balance to people in the company
  • How to guarantee gender equality in the company

During the 2nd edition of the contest, the Double Bridge team and the Ambassador partners awarded this precious recognition to Southenergy, rewarding the company among the Top 15 Italian companies in the category “How to recognize, attract and retain young talents in the company”.

Preserving and enhancing the resources of the land of origin are the principles underlying the very birth of Southenergy. In daily business activities, but not only.. 

Today Southenergy, after 17 years of activity, boasts a staff of about 20 Resources, ~ 35% Millennials ~ 30% GenZ. Also about ¼ of the staff has previous experience in international companies and, willingly, has welcomed a professional continuation in Southenergy, thus also combining the desire to enhance the territory of origin.

The recognition just received is the demonstration of the success of a business model that places people at the center, a precious resource essential for the virtuous growth of the business itself.
