Next is a project selected by the Digital Republic Fund, created to reduce the skills gap of young people between 15 and 34 years old and the mismatch between supply and demand, a challenge taken up by Southenergy, in collaboration with Time Vision Scarl, CONFINDUSTRIA BRINDISI, ARPAL Puglia and CETMA.

Next is a free job placement program that begins with orientation and training, and continues with counseling, mentoring, coaching, and business workshops to put learning into practice. The goal is to lead participants to the desired job, through active job search, job matching, or internships.

Next Job Day is a recruiting event designed to connect students and Italian Small and Medium Innovative Enterprises looking for talent. A crucial event designed to allow young people to get in touch with recruiters and entrepreneurs.

The event will take place on Wednesday, October 16th, at the Hotel Orientale in Brindisi from 09:30. Participation is completely free, a unique opportunity to promote the link between young talents and innovative companies.
