The Energy Transition Day: This is what the “Green Energy Day” represents at a national level, a moment of reflection on the ongoing energy transition and on the energy efficiency path undertaken by many virtuous companies in the country.
The event, organized by the Coordination of Renewable Sources and Energy Efficiency (FREE Coordination) with the patronage of the Ministero dell’Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica, aims to be a moment of national attention on the needs of the energy transition and includes the opening to the public of renewable energy plants.
Everyone is welcome at Green Energy Day: families, schools and, more generally, anyone who wants to take advantage of this opportunity. The event, in addition to allowing the knowledge of plants that are usually closed to the public, wants to represent a moment of reflection and in-depth study on the issues of decarbonisation, on the importance of energy efficiency and, above all, wants to draw attention to climate change and the urgency of using now mature technologies to redesign a society without emissions.
Southenergy partner, once again, of the Green Energy Day
The event, scheduled for Saturday, April 12, 2025, will represent a moment of national attention and reflection on the topic of Energy Transition, in particular for the young public, but not only. Southenergy, a historic Apulian company active for 17 years in the renewable energy sector, will be a partner of the initiative for Puglia, opening the doors to the general public of a photovoltaic system installed at the Bose Monastic Community in Ostuni.
“The sun represents a gift. A gift that, as such, must be honored, respected and placed at the service of communities”. A principle that represents the framework of a long-standing collaboration with the Bose Fraternity which, with generosity and great altruism, has willingly welcomed the Green Energy Day 2025 initiative by opening the doors of its community, a precious and magical place.
The event, completely free, will take place at C.da Lamacavallo s.n.c. Ostuni from 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM on Saturday, April 12. It will be possible to book the guided tour, lasting about 30 minutes, by filling out the following form or by contacting the number +39 0831 33 15 94.
